Our family

Our senior pastors

Paul and Esabel Jeyachandran are Senior Pastors of Life Church Castle Hill in Sydney, Australia. In January 2011, they took over the sacred responsibility of leading Life Church. Since then, Life Church has grown significantly and the Lord has multiplied the church both numerically and in influence.

Paul is considered by many to be a gifted preacher of the word of God and an able mentor! Over the past two decades, he has been actively engaged in mentoring church leaders, ministering to Pastors in many nations and expounding the Scriptures at every God-given opportunity. Esabel is a gifted administrator and team builder! Esabel uses her organisational leadership to mobilise the church towards her God-given destiny! Their passion is to see people of God become authentic, broken, courageous disciplemakers for God’s glory! Paul and Esabel live in Castle Hill, a beautiful suburb in Sydney, with their two beloved sons – David, and Adam.

Our vision

For God’s glory, we want to multiply Intentional Disciple Making Churches and Campuses in Sydney and in the key cities around the world.

We are committed to planting campuses, churches and establishing apostolic networks with churches that are committed to authentic discipleship and intentional disciplemaking. We fulfil this mission by raising intentional disciplemakers with a certain kind of DNA who are radically committed to love God, make disciples, and transform communities.

Our mission

Reproducing Disciples of a Certain Kind.

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” – 2 Timothy 2:2

Paul unveiled a disciple-making strategy that Timothy could use to help build the Church in Ephesus. The key was discipleship.

Our culture

People come before projects. Relationships are more critical than results. We want a culture where we value people as individuals.

Matthew 25:21 – His Lord said unto Him, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant: Thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: Enter thou into the joy of the Lord.”

This is one thing we all long to hear from the Lord when we cross the finishing line. To have the Lord say to us: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
